The Workshop Overview

In this fast-paced workshop, you will build and strengthen your own emotional intelligence to improve your leadership and relationship management skills. We explore how emotional intelligence gives leaders a competitive advantage and how it can encourage innovation, accountability and exceptional client service in your organization. Registration includes a personalized, confidential EQ-i Leadership self-assessment.

Not only does the incredibly in-depth EQi2.0 assessment analyze all 15 key EQ characteristics but it also offers insight into how to improve them. As well, we explore the EQ characteristics linked to key leadership competencies and those that can be leadership derailers.

Leadership and Emotional Intelligence
In this module we review what EQ is and how it affects leadership in both good and bad ways.

Module 2

Your EQ Leadership Report
In this module we dive into the specifics in your report. NOTE: participants do not share their report contents with anyone else.

Finding the Balance for Transformational Leadership
How to maximize your leadership potential and address derailers that may be getting in your way.

Module 4

Finding the Balance for Transformational Leadership
Each participant works on a chosen area of EQ and with help from our instructor and conversations with each other, develops and action plan to begin implementing change. (note: participants do not share the content of their report with each other).

The Personalized EQ Profile

This program uses an incredibly thorough and accurate assessment tool called The EQi2.0. It’s a deep and intense, and highly accurate, assessment of emotional intelligence designed to help leaders make incredible progress.

Before and After the Workshop

In many ways, the follow-up effort after a workshop is just as important as the workshop itself. Your participants will have a great day of learning in the workshop but it’s how they apply that learning back at work, in the real world, that is going to make the difference and boost your ROI.

Setting Up Success before the Workshop

Prior to the Emotionally Intelligent Leadership course, participants will complete an online leadership assessment called EQi 2.0. This generates a customized, incredibly deep and useful profile that we will use throughout the course and as a helpful reference afterwards.

 

Applying the Learning after the Workshop

To ensure we deliver the most success for your participants, Padraig follows-up the workshop with a number of methods including:

Follow-up emails reminding participants of different parts of the curriculum and prompting them to think about that content and to apply it in that moment at work.

Each follow-up touch point also includes tools the participant can download to apply the learning.
