Foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

Leaders want to create inclusive workplaces—but good intentions aren’t always enough. Without a shared understanding of what diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging really mean, efforts can feel superficial or miss the mark.

This workshop lays the groundwork for inclusive leadership by unpacking key DEIB concepts, exploring personal bias and privilege, and identifying the everyday actions that foster a culture of belonging.

Productive Conflict

Tensions and disagreements are inevitable in the workplace. Often, how staff, managers and executives confront, avoid or ignore conflict situations can make problems worse. While conflict is uncomfortable and unavoidable, it is possible to develop more productive ways to respond.

Instead of focusing on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, our workshop teaches how to curb destructive thoughts and behaviours and move toward productive conflict (yes, productive!).
