Tom Newton previously held executive positions in sales, marketing, and general management. Inspired by his own profound personal transformation through coaching, he pursued a career as an executive and leadership coach, dedicated to empowering others to unlock their full and meaningful potential. He holds Graduate Certificates in Executive Coaching and Advanced Coaching Practices from Royal Roads University, and is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, he is certified in the Pursuit Values Operating System, and is a certified facilitator of the Five Behaviors team development program.
Tom specializes in coaching emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to achieve their goals professionally and personally. He helps his clients to carefully consider their future through asking probing and practical questions, offering a safe place where they can talk without judgment.
Outside of his coaching work, Tom is also a husband, father, and musician. He values his family and understands the challenges of balancing a demanding profession and personal life. It is his goal to guide others through a journey in which they can find their meaningful purpose while enjoying the things they love.
