Tessa Gaudet is a grounded, curious and sensitive coach who brings a passion for helping others develop and grow. This passion was fostered during her time in the private sector, where she discovered her strengths and fulfillment in supporting others’ learning and success.
Tessa works with clients from diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on supporting millennials as they navigate the complexities of today’s workplace. As a millennial herself, she understands the unique challenges faced by her generation. Insight and empathy are hallmarks of her coaching. With her clients, Tessa strikes a balance of challenging and empowering them while offering consistent support and care.
For the past 10 years, Tessa has consulted with organizations within the field of Indigenous engagement, with a focus on lands, people and culture. These experiences have been critical in her leadership development in terms of understanding cross-cultural communication and shaping a leadership approach rooted in respect, reciprocity, and learning.
Tessa holds a Bachelor of Anthropology, is a Certified Executive Coach and is currently working towards her Associate Certified Coach accreditation with the International Coaching Federation. Other credentials include a Professional Certificate in Advanced Facilitation Practices. Tessa is bi-lingual in French and English.
