Sandra brings over 20 years of human resources and leadership experience across private, not-for-profit, and public sectors.
In her human resources and strategy consulting practice, Sandra works with small to mid-sized organizations and municipalities, providing both strategic and operational HR guidance. She is a skilled facilitator who guides teams and organizations through breakthrough conversations that lead to meaningful progress.
As an executive coach, Sandra fosters a collaborative partnership with her clients to support discovery, goal setting, and action. Whether working with individuals or teams, she supports a transformative journey toward clarity and progress, grounded in compassion, curiosity, and kindness. From personal experience, Sandra understands that working with an executive coach can be life-changing and would be honoured to join clients on that journey.
Sandra’s curiosity about the world and passion for learning are reflected in her academic credentials. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master’s in Workplace Learning and Change, a Diploma in Public Administration and Leadership, and an Executive Program in Sustainability Leadership. Most recently, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. A Certified Human Resources Leader, Sandra has navigated the complexities of multiple sectors with tact and agility, leading strategic initiatives that drive real results.
