Marty Robinson is an executive coach and senior leader with over 30 years of experience helping leaders step up with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Marty specializes in supporting leaders who are navigating growth, transition, and complexity. Marty’s approach combines deep active listening and thoughtful challenges in a safe high trust environment.
Marty’s executive credibility is rooted in a distinguished career across healthcare, municipal government, post‑secondary education, and the private sector. He has served as a CIO, Executive Director, and Consulting Leader, consistently transforming culture, elevating performance, and leading large‑scale change initiatives in complex organizations. His leadership is known for building high‑trust teams, aligning strategy to outcomes, and delivering sustainable results.
Marty holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royals Roads University and has achieved Associate Certified Coach (ACC) status with the International Coaching Federation. He is also a certified Everything DiSC, and the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments facilitator. In addition to his work with Padraig, he leads his own practice, Emerging Edge Leadership Coaching based in Medicine Hat, Alberta.
Outside of his coaching work, Marty is husband, father and recently a papa. He has spent most of his life filling his bucket with travel, fitness and music.
