Margaret has spent over 27 years leading senior teams and has experienced first hand the unique and unmatchable power of a high functioning team. As the founding CEO of the Assiniboine Park Conservancy, she spent 14 years developing, leading and supporting an executive team that pursued and accomplished some truly audacious goals. Margaret truly believes that an aligned, trusting and nimble team can produce transformative results. Prior to being a CEO, Margaret spent 17 years in the grain industry including serving as Executive Vice President Corporate Service and, ultimately, Chief Strategic Officer.
Recognized as a visionary, inspiring, enthusiastic, and collaborative leader and communicator, Margaret brings those same qualities to her work as a facilitator. A true believer in the power of teamwork, especially at senior levels, Margaret gets energized by the potential of the sessions she facilitates and she brings this energy into her facilitation.
