Gillian is an executive coach, facilitator, and fractional C-suite partner who supports leaders in understanding themselves more deeply and strengthening the impact they have on others. Known for her direct yet compassionate style, she builds trust quickly and helps clients make sense of complex situations with clarity and confidence. With a systems-thinking approach, she guides leaders in uncovering blind spots, navigating challenges, and moving forward with purposeful, self- driven action.
Gillian has worked across the private and non-profit sectors, partnering with executives, senior leadership teams, and growing organizations. Her background as a fractional CHRO and COO gives her firsthand insight into the realities and pressures of leadership—perspective she brings into every coaching engagement. She has led initiatives in organizational design, culture development, change management, and leadership growth, supporting organizations through periods of transition and transformation. Gillian is passionate about creating spaces where leaders can be vulnerable, reflective, and grounded in who they want to become. She has coached individuals and teams seeking to improve communication, strengthen alignment, navigate conflict, and lead with more intention and authenticity.
Gillian holds a master’s degree in Executive and Organizational Coaching and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is currently the President of the ICF Edmonton Chapter, where she supports and advocates for the coaching community. In addition to her work with Padraig, she leads her own practice, Greenhouse Solutions Ltd., based in Edmonton, Alberta.
