FACILITATOR
Geraldine De Braune is a dynamic coach who believes transformation begins with authentic connection. She partners with individuals to help them claim, refine, and express their full potential—whether navigating change, seeking alignment, or stepping into new chapters of leadership and life.
Through GDB Coaching, Geraldine offers one-on-one coaching, small-group facilitation, and curated programs designed to spark growth and courageous possibility. She created several small group programs, including: Crone-ology: Embracing Your Third Act, an international community for women over 50, and In The Clearing: Creating Space for Women’s Intuition.
A skilled facilitator, Geraldine has led the Strength in Community Workshops for women entrepreneurs across Canada through WeMB (Women’s Enterprise of Manitoba) and guided national roundtable discussions with PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise on barriers facing women in business.
Known for her warmth, humour, and insightful questioning, she creates brave, confidential spaces where clients can explore what holds them back and discover new possibilities beyond limiting narratives.
With over 25 years of leadership experience in broadcasting, arts management, sponsorship, and community development, Geraldine brings a rich perspective to her coaching. She has held roles with CBC Radio, The Women’s Television Network, and The Forks Renewal Corporation.
Geraldine holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, certification from The Centre for Holding Space, a BA in Sociology from the University of Winnipeg, and a Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Mount Royal College
