Digital Operations & Content Lead
Elisa Wiebe is a Digital Operations & Content Lead focused on managing workflows, software implementation, and the delivery of digital learning programs. She supports leadership development organizations by coordinating the systems and processes that sit behind the work, ensuring projects move efficiently from development through to launch.
At Padraig, Elisa oversees learning platforms and digital tools, manages content workflows, and coordinates translation processes for bilingual content. She works with subject-matter experts, translators, and external vendors to ensure materials are implemented accurately and released on schedule. Her role is primarily operational, with an emphasis on platform setup, system configuration, and cross-team coordination rather than content authorship.
Much of Elisa’s work involves implementing and maintaining software systems that support learning delivery, communication, and program management. She is known for her organized, detail-oriented approach and for bringing clarity and structure to complex, multi-step projects.
