Dana is a design-led product and operations leader with over 10 years of experience bridging creative strategy with high-impact execution. Her journey from designer and web developer to professor at Sheridan College, and ultimately to Chief Product Officer and COO, reflects a deep curiosity for how people learn, work, and interact. This unique path through tech, education, and executive leadership allows her to transform complex organizational challenges into meaningful, scalable experiences that drive both business revenue and human-centered growth.
With a Master of Inclusive Design from OCAD University, Dana brings a systems-thinking lens to Padraig, where she excels at dismantling silos to help teams flourish. She believes operational excellence is the foundation for psychological safety and continuous learning.
