The Workshop Overview
Everything DiSC Sales® takes the in-depth knowledge offered in all our DiSC workshops and adds in a fantastic view for entrepreneurs, salespeople, fundraisers and frontline service staff – helping you to see client preferences through their behaviours and interaction with you. You’ll learn how to use that knowledge to adapt your own style to better suit your clients and prospective clients, and thus increase your chance of concluding a sale and building a solid ongoing relationship.
You’ll come to understand and appreciate your own sales behaviour style and the styles of clients and potential clients. This workshop is full of those “ah-ha” moments for business development leaders, entrepreneurs, customer service staff and salespeople (experienced and new alike) where you will gain incredible insight into themselves and prospective clients.

Understanding Your DiSC Sales Style
Participants learn about their DiSC sales style and how personal priorities influence their selling behaviors.
Module 2
Recognizing and Understanding Customer Buying Styles
Participants learn about their DiSC sales style and how personal priorities influence their selling behaviors.
Module 3
Recognizing and Understanding Customer Buying Styles
Participants use their personalized DiSC Sales Maps to understand how to navigate from their own styles to those of different types of customers — developing a solid action plan for one prospect or customer and learning how to develop plans for all prospects and customers.
The Personalized Profile
Adding a deeply customized aspect to this program, each participant completes the DiSC Sales profile focuses on:

Before and After the Workshop
In many ways, the follow-up effort after a workshop is just as important as the workshop itself. Your participants will have a great day of learning in the workshop but it’s how they apply that learning back at work, in the real world, that is going to make the difference and boost your ROI.
Setting Up Success before the Workshop
Padraig’s online learning portal is at MyLeadershipTools.com. Participants are given access to pre-workshop materials there, allowing them time to prepare their thinking so they get the greatest benefits possible out of the workshop.
Participants will also complete the online DiSC Sales assessment to generate the custom profile they’ll use throughout the workshop.
Applying the Learning after the Workshop
To ensure we deliver the most success for your participants, Padraig follows-up the workshop with a number of methods including:
Follow-up emails reminding participants of different parts of the curriculum and prompting them to think about that content and to apply it in that moment at work.
Each follow-up touch point also includes tools the participant can download to apply the learning.
