The Workshop Modules

Module 1

Personal Resilience

  • Defining resilience for yourself in the workplace and what it means for you, given where you are now.

Module 2

Improving Resilience 

  • Learn how to build the fundamentals of resilience, considering what you can control and what you can’t, while learning to build a growth mindset.

Module 3

Resilient Decision Making

  • Using the 4A Model of Resilient decision-making, we’re going to look at how you, as leaders, can apply what you’ve learned to decision-making. This is especially useful in dealing with challenging or crisis situations.

Module 4

Supporting Team Resilience

  • Supporting team members in developing resilience is crucial for enhancing their ability to navigate challenges, stress, and change effectively.

Module 5

Action Planning

  • As we conclude our workshop, we emphasize the significance of translating the insights gained into actionable plans.
