Building Inclusive Leaders for Lasting Organizational Change.
The Workshop Overview
In this one-day workshop we begin by addressing common barriers to DEIB efforts, including resistance and unconscious bias. Through real-world case studies and interactive discussions, leaders will gain insights into overcoming these challenges while building a culture that fosters psychological safety, collaboration and high performance.
Participants will also learn practical strategies for making equitable decisions in hiring, feedback and promotions, while reducing bias across their organization. The program culminates in the creation of a 90-day DEIB Leadership Action Plan that sets the foundation for measurable, sustainable change.
