THE FIVE BEHAVIORS OF A COHESIVE TEAM is an assessment-based team training workshop that helps individual members of the team, as well as the organization, reveal what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team in the most approachable, competent, and effective way possible. The initial training program is 3 days (usually 1 day at a time, over 3-6 months). We also offer a one-day follow-up training and workshop which is recommended 6-12 months later.
