At Padraig we offer leadership programs, courses and workshops for your organization — delivered virtually or in person. We call these our “in-house” programs. We’ll work with you to decide which programs will be most helpful for the things you want to achieve and then we’ll schedule the day and time that works for you and your staff.

With our in-house courses, participants can discuss difficult situations, share confidential challenges, work through things in real life — knowing that the facilitator is a certified executive coach who maintains strict confidentiality and the highest ethical standards.

We also offer all of our programs, courses and workshops publicly — when there are just one or two people in your organization who are ready for a particular class. For information on having Padraig’s public leadership courses, click here.

The Network

In-house leadership development program

The Network is our leadership development foundational program that we run in-house for you.

Your chosen participants will come together in a peer group of up to 15 other leaders and aspiring leaders to solidify their leadership knowledge and skills.  The group is led by one of our certified executive coaches.

The Network Peer Groups meet once per month over the course of a year. Every second meeting is a 9o minute group coaching session where we dive into a particular coaching challenge or topic — using breakout rooms, group conversations and learning from each other to hone your leadership skills.

In the alternating months, participants dive deep into one of Padraig’s leadership courses — learning how to adapt their leadership style to those they lead, how to handle conflict, how to work on a leadership team and build a team under them and how to bring emotional intelligence to their leadership.

Each participant also gets a one-to-one confidential coaching session and access to our online leadership library.

Earn a Certificate in Leadership Foundations

Each Padraig leadership course taken as part of The Network earns a digital leadership badge and completing The Network earns all of your participants the Certificate in Leadership Foundations described below.

Coach-led Leadership Programs

The Partnership

Building leadership strength among peers in your organization

The Partnership is our high-impact, small-group peer program for experienced leaders.

Peer groups consist of 4-6 leaders from throughout your organization who want to dig deeper, solve challenges and open up opportunities as they’ve never seen before. The program runs for one year with monthly group coaching sessions (2 hours).

In these sessions, participants work with each other and their certified executive coach to explore particular leadership topics and challenges chosen by your organization and/or by the group members themselves.

Groups meet monthly on Zoom and help each other learn and grow while their executive coach guides the group to a bigger understanding and better options.

Each participant also gets 4 sessions of confidential, one-to-one coaching and access to our online leadership library.
