How It Works

Every team coaching engagement is tailored to your team. Here’s what the process typically looks like:

Discovery

Your Padraig coach starts by listening. We meet individually with team members to understand the team’s goals, challenges, relationships and culture—what’s working, what isn’t and what you’re hoping to change.

Assessment

Where it’s helpful, we use tools like DiSC profiles or EQ-i assessments to surface insights about how team members think, communicate and respond under pressure. This gives your team a shared language and a foundation for greater self-awareness—without the labels.

Team Sessions

Your coach works with the whole team through structured, facilitated sessions designed around your specific goals. These aren’t town halls or strategy meetings. They’re deliberate conversations that get at what’s really going on and build the skills and norms your team needs to thrive.

Ongoing Accountability

Real change doesn’t happen in a single session. We build in checkpoints, reflection and accountability structures to ensure the growth sticks—and that your team keeps making progress between sessions.
