Flexible Leadership

This course helps you adapt your leadership style to the people you lead — for stronger more productive relationships and much greater success. Successful managers read the needs of their employees and adapt their style accordingly. These are important skills that can be developed with the Everything DiSC® Management Profile and this workshop.

During this workshop you’ll learn to use our COACH Approach with staff and peers, you’ll learn the top 10 pitfalls to avoid (and how), you’ll see coaching in action and practice coaching with others. Productive Conflict

Tensions and disagreements are inevitable in the workplace. Often, how folks confront, avoid or ignore conflict situations can make problems worse. While conflict is uncomfortable and unavoidable, it’s possible to develop more productive ways to respond. This one-day workshop is designed to help participants improve their self-awareness around conflict behaviours so that they can engage in more productive behaviours and respond better when conflict inevitably arises.

Agile Leadership

The Agile Leadership program is a starting point for you to build stronger emotional intelligence. Rather than relying on instinct, agile leaders use emotional intelligence to adapt how they respond to situations they face. We’ll help you do this by reading the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and adapting your approach!

Essential Conversations

There are so many moments when leaders have to have (or should have but avoid) difficult conversations. Essential conversations are conversations where “agree to disagree” is not an option. Whether it’s confronting a team member about problematic performance or poor behavior, negotiating with clients, or struggling with the board or a boss, it’s possible to turn difficult discussions into successful conversations that resolve issues and build better relationships.

Teamwork Fundamentals

Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team is the basis for much of our programming for leadership teams. This version of the program is meant for anyone who wants to become a better team contributor – whether that’s part of a project team, as a member of a leadership team or leading a team. It’s ideal for team leaders who want to build strong teams, up-and-coming leaders and project team members.
